What This Service Is

Columbia Mold Removal is a referral service. We connect homeowners with local, independent contractors for mold inspection, mold remediation, and related moisture-control work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any inspection, remediation, or construction services, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the quote form or calling our tracking number, you consent to being contacted by us and by the contractor matched to your request — by phone, text, or email, at the contact details you provide — regarding your request. This is not a purchase requirement, and you may withdraw consent at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop.

Independent Contractors

Contractors we refer are independent businesses solely responsible for their own work, insurance, pricing, scheduling, and workmanship. South Carolina does not issue a state license specific to mold remediation. Because no such license exists, we do not claim the professionals we refer are "licensed" for mold work; we aim to work with insured professionals, and you are responsible for verifying any contractor's insurance and qualifications before hiring them. Practical verification steps: request a current certificate of insurance directly from the contractor, and ask about industry certifications such as IICRC or ACAC credentials, which are the recognized standards in this trade.
